Head Teller/CSR

Job Description

To provide excellent service to customers, both in person and on the phone, maintain confidentiality of customer information, receives checks for deposits to accounts, verifies amounts, examines checks for proper endorsement and generates customer receipts, cashes checks, processes withdrawals, pays out money after verification of signatures and customer balances. Promote and explains other Bank services, balances cash drawer at the end of the business day and reports any discrepancies to the supervisor as necessary. Excellent communication and leadership skills required to manage the teller line.

Basic Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED;
3 years bank experience or equivalent cash handling and supervisor experience, customer service experience.
