Job Description

Provide excellent service to customers, both in person and on the phone, maintain confidentiality of customer information, receives checks for deposits to accounts, verifies amounts, examines checks for proper endorsement and generates customer receipts, cashes checks, processes withdrawals, pays out money after verification of signatures and customer balances. Promotes and explains other Bank services, balances cash drawer at the end of the business day and reports any discrepancies to supervisor as necessary. Open new accounts and ensures all new accounts are properly processed. Assist customers with other account issues.

Basic Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent, 6 months bank experience or equivalent cash handling, customer service experience.
