Provides direction and supervision to the Operations and Administrative functions of the Bank and branch operations.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor Degree in Business Administration Accounting or Financial Management.
Background in financial institution management at senior level position.
Minimum of 10 years’ experience in a banking or financial management environment.
Knowledge in branch operations, policies related to operations, security and internal controls, banking regulations, employee development and public relations.
