Effectively supervises all market Lending and Deposit staff. Provides strong leadership in business development efforts. Has a sound understanding of market financial position through pricing loans and deposits to maintain profitability. Provides loans as appropriate to creditworthy customers within limitations of lending authority. Effectively develops solid base of business by establishing and maintaining sound relationships with existing and potential customers.
Basic Qualifications
Educated in business, finance or related field.
Substantial experience in a financial institution or loan setting preferred.
Experience in financial and credit analysis preferred.
Strong financial analytical skills.
