Loan Assistant/Admin

Job Description

Process new loans, loan renewals, and extensions. Provides admin assistance to Loan Officer. Ensures that loan files contain documents with proper signature and other relevant data. Checks documents for proper vesting, legal descriptions, closing dates and signatures.Complete and process Insurance documents. Checking for accuaracy and required documents. Assist other departments on a temporary basis as needed during peak hours.

Basic Qualifications

High school diploma or GED.

At least one (1) year experience in an office environment.
