Loan Monitor Assistant

Job Description

Coordinate and keep up foreclosure dates, coordinates/attends foreclosure sales as needed, Coordinate and pick up repossessions, Assist COO in liquidation of ORE and Repos including lock changes, get surveys, coordinate cleaning of properties, Maintains records on OREO including insurance ensure appraisals up to date paying related attorney bills paid, real estate taxes, repairs etc. , Collect on loans assigned to them, Work with Bank Attorneys thru bankruptcies and foreclosures, Assist in Committee and Board reports.

Basic Qualifications

Educated in business, finance or related field.
Two to four years of experience in a financial institution or loan/accounting setting preferred.
Experience in financial and credit/ accounting preferred.
